Steamed Broccoli with Chili
A quick side dish ready in minutes

- Broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt pepper, and crushed red chili flakes to taste
Add broccoli florets to a pan over high heat. Pour in the water. Cover with a lid and let steam for 2 minutes or until crisp tender.
Remove the lid, let the excess water evaporate and toss with seasonings.
