Ginger Whipped Cream

This Ginger Whipped Cream has only a hint of warm spice, which compliments the orange flavor in the Creme Brulee nicely.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  • With an electric hand mixer, place all ingredients into a medium bowl and whip just until medium stiff peaks form. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
TIP: To serve on top of the Creme Brulee, use two small spoons to form a football shaped dollop (quenelle) on top. Refer to the video for the demonstration.
