I posted this recipe for all the people who attended the 3-2-1 event where I did live cooking demonstrations. A few of them requested for me to post the recipes I created and demonstrated there on my blog. Sadly enough, Joe, my designated photographer was busy chatting or something and didn’t take pictures of any of the food there. I’m notorious for LOVING leftovers… leftover food, leftover ingredients, whatever sgraggly bit happens to be lying around, give it here. I’ll most likely turn it into something new and scrumptious.
